Simply Steampunk GDT...

Hi there everyone... today I have two posts the first one is for the Simply Betty birthday celebrations and also this post.... I have been asked to guest design at the Simply Steampunk challenge blog...Yaaaay.

Here is Arsenic Annie

 I thought it was about time I got my mixed media journal out....it's been neglected for quite a whil (tut tut) so this is my first work in it for about a year...

 I just love messy about with paper and needed a good excuse to play about so I love the style of layering papers for skirts and dresses, so I had a go... Hope you like...I added lots of different things to the design paperinks , paint washi tape chip board bits stamping , doodling,  rub on text and a few other bits...

Simply Betty - Birthday celebrations Day 1

Hi everyone and welcome to my birthday celebration cards for Simply Betty...

I hope you have enjoyed seeing all the birthday celebration collections from the rest of the awesome DT girlies...
I have always loved Betty's images and style of drawing and have done quite  few since the beginning of the year , but when this Mythical teen collection came out I was hooked... I absolutley love them and this was the same time as Betty and Corinne asked me to join the rest of the fabulous DT team.... of course I said yes straight away as I can see that there is so much room for creativity and design using these images and you can let your quirkyness run wild!!!

copic tryout....

Hi guys just popping in to share a card I have done for a few challenges...I have recently bought a few copics to try out to see how I get along with them .... and I love them they give a different style to my colouring and work a bit different to my promarkers...

Here's what I did ..

 I love how you can create individul strands of hair with the copics which I couldn't manage to do with the promarkers....

I still need to work on my control with the pens to get it a bit neater, but practise practise practise...
