Reindeer games....

Here is a card I made for one of my daughters for Christmas .... it's called Reindeer games and it's a digi available from Funkykits

I have used promarkers and flexmarkers for colouring  and the papers were a magazine freebie.

Hi there everyone ... hope you all had a fab Christmas and are looking forward to a Crafty New Year...

I know I haven't posted again for a while, hoping all that is going to change next year...

Here is one of the few cards I made for this Christmas.... I was inspired by the fabulous Zoe from make it crafty...She did a fabulous colouring tutorial on facebook to follow along with....

I am quite pleased with it but it was nowhere near as good as Zoe's   I need to work a bit more on the light 

reflections and 'glow'. Here's the finished image on a card.

L a La....Trike boy

Hi guys... Just popping in with a birthday card I have made for my Nephew's birthday...

I love this image from La La Land....it's great for all little boys.

my image has been coloured with promarkers... just kept the layout simple, no frou frou or bling  for the boys....lol.

I am going to enter this in the I love promarkers Challenge this week they have an anything goes theme.

Steampunk Santa...

Hi guys... is everyone in full swing for christmas...well I'm not but I am looking forward to it, the kids are all super excited all ready, I think there going to peak to early and explode....lol.

I managed to fingd a little time over the weekend to colour in this fab Steam punk Santa from Make it Crafty

Zoe has just some of the best images to colour and her tutorials from her self and her team are amazing.

My Santa has been coloured with promarkers, and the papers are a freebie from the Making Cards magazine.... I think these Santa's make great images for the men... what do you think...?

A card at last...

I really am  a bad blogger at the moment... I really need to myself sorted and make something, I have so many gorgeous images printed and stamped out ready.. ( probably a couple of hundred)....Sshhh!!

... anyway here is something I have managed to do for my daughters friend's birthday.

I love Simply Betty Images...

Left this one simple with the colour being quite strong...

...let see if I can manage  to get some christmas cards done..

Carnival Canvas

Hi there everyone from a rather soggy UK...wow did it rain!!!!! Hmmmm ... I'm a bit fed up now of this weather, still it makes a good excuse to stay in and play with crafty stuff..♥

Here's my latest work using the newly digified Carnival from Saturated Canary available from Funky kits...

 not sure where I was going with it once I got all my stuff out...and I did find out that not all media's mix!

 Had ago at the edges too...

The canvas is a Loxley deep edge 10x8''

The image was put on to some 12x12 paper and cut to size and punched with a Martha Stewart border punch..other items used were acrylic paint, aqua markers, oil pastels, charcoal pencils ,white paint pen, letraset fine liner, rub ons some texture stamps...

Mixed Media Messings.....

Hi there crafty peeps....... I know it's been a long time posting again...

This time I have been playing around with some Canvas I have .... I got out all of my mixed media stash... and hey presto.... here's what happened.

I do have a bit of a 'thing' for owls, and I have searched the net for inspiration and I do have a few favourite artists...Christy Tomlinson being my fave.....

...any hoo I'm waffling. 

Here's my Owl canvas..

 So what did I use... acrylic paint, design paper, rub on's, die cuts, aqua markers, white paint pen, fine liner, ink, stamps and some doodly bits.

Well let me know what you think folks good or bad. It's not bad for my first attempt, but I think I can do better.
