The papers are from Wild Rose Studio spring fling pack and also I have used some dew drops which can be found in Crafty Emma's store

The swiss pixie image has been colured with promarkers and the flowers have been cut using a Martha Stewart punch from the same wild rose papers.

The sketch I have used is from A Spoon Full Of Sugar.
