It seems an age since I had time to enter a challenge and especially the Sugar Bowl challenge, which I always used to enter ( slaps hands)....

So as soon as the new challenge was posted this morning I was there ready and waiting..

Again I am still trying to colour with distress inks....this is my second week with them, trying to get the right technique and paper.

Ooohhhh post number five.... and all on one cup of coffee......lol.

this card is for The Sugar Bowl challenge this week they have a sketch for you to follow, I thought my image may have been too big for the sketch, but it's not too bad...

Here she is... she part of the sugar nellie range...really enjoyed coloring her...

here i have my entry for the gorgeous sugar bowl challenge this week their fabulous sketch is by the fabulously talented Judy go checkout her work you will be inspired.

This is one of my favourite stamps from the sugar nellie range she is called snowflake, I have coloured her with pro markers, the snowflake background paper is one I made myself, the flower,ribbon and sentiment are from my stash of years of hoarding..... I mean collecting...haha.

These are a couple more quick cards I have done as i seem to be a bit behind with my christmas cards this time so I am going to have to make some really quick ones.....i feel like i have cheated i I don't stamp and colour an image....

the sugar bowl - sketch , pink and brown

Good mornig ladies, a few things to post today but the computer is running r e a l l y s l o w ...see lol.

Here is my entry to the gorgeous sugar bowl challenge they have a great sketch for you to follow and a colour theme of pink and brown....
sorry about the photos the light kept bouncing off the acetate background.

The acetate is from kanban the flowers are just from my stash of no name and the gorgeous funkykits bear has been coloured with pro markers...

The Sugar Bowl- challenge 13

Hello everyone, lovely and sunny here today again a couple of cards to post today and one for my christmas blog.
this one is for the Sugar Bowl they would like you to us the colour kraft which is one of my fave colours as it goes with almost everything especially vintage, which is one of my favourite styles at the moment.
i'm sure you all recognise the image from the Sugar Nellie range, the kraft coloured card i overstamped and the papers are from Daisy D's the flowers are the white ones you paint yourself from Papermania i just stamped over them instead.
