weird things in my mind....

Hi ...back again...with a piece of altered arty kinda thing....

It fit into the following challenges..

This is what I have made...

This is something totally different for me, but I am loving playing around with all my inks and glazes and altered bits....

This was really easy, just inked up my butterfly samps and embossed them with mint pearl EP and then smooched ( real word) some distress inks over it,Then stamped a few dandelion clocks over that  and ripped and inked some text and glued it on put some clear crackle over the top of that, and then added some white crackle around the edges, I also added some rock candy to the dandelion clocks, and added a couple of metal butterflies.

For the flowers I used the the same distress inks and smooched them on to some ice white gold paper and then stamped over it with some butterflies, and the used some circle punches  inked around the edges with walnut stain and some stickles , made a few snip to scrunch them up layered them and added some pearl beads to the middles.

christmas hAnglar...

Hey everyone.... woohoo the kids go back to school tomorrow....yaaaaay... I do love having them at home, but this time I'm ready for them going back!!!! the last few days they have drove me nuts!!!!I think they are ready too, and now that shoe gate is almost sorted and they have some new stuff, I think they are looking forward to seeing their friends again.....untill 7 am when I try to get them up!!!! lol.

anyway on to my projects for today... this card is for a few challenges....

CES CHALLENGE # 2...DT Floral Frenzy

Hi everyone and welcome to another challenge over at CRAFTY EMMA'S .

Wow how many entries last week...amazing thank you so much.

This weeks challenge is Floral Frenzy.

Here is my card....

The papers are from Wild Rose Studio spring fling pack and also I have used some dew drops which can be found in Crafty Emma's store

The swiss pixie image has been colured with promarkers and the flowers have been cut using a Martha Stewart punch from the same wild rose papers.

The sketch I have used is from A Spoon Full Of Sugar.

Evening blogland....no card made today to show you, but I have been busy with loads of dt stuff, so I will be able to share soon.

This is a card I made a while a go and I've just found it in a draft post....duh!

 

The image is from Lilty of the valley and it has been coloured with promarkers, and just a few martha stewart punched butterflies added and some stickles....can't remember who the paper is (cut the tag off,,,,doh)

but I didn't want to cover it all up.

Just thought I would share it.

Spesch Stamps - Fathers Day release image

Hy everyone over at Spesch Stamps we have a mid month release of this Fathers Day image, as it is coming up in Austrailia

The image is called My Daddy-My King

I opted for something different this time and made a tag for a wine bottle... my Dad likes a nice red.....!

I don't have a template for this I just made it up as I went along....lol!

Hi ladies.....wow how sunny!!!

Just been out with the kids to the park for a couple of hours  to try and tire them out.....(well ...I can hope)

so now it's my time for a while...

I had loads of fun making this....sooooo out came the distress inks and crackle paint Rock Candy Stickles ....errr why haven't I used them before!!!They are gorgeous and I think I need to buy more before these runs out..

I know the butterflies are 3d but I still think it's missing some kind of 3dness(yes ....it's a real word...lol)

The cosmic shimmer and the stickles haven't picked up too well eith the camara but it's quite shimmery IRL.

Well honeyz off to make something else now... don't know what....!! but I'll be sure to blog it when it's done

Stampavie and more DT - anything but a card

Hi everyone it's wednesday so that must mean it's another challenge over at Stampavie and more and the theme this week is anything but a card.

This week I have made a little trinket box, I painted the blank box with picket fence distress crackle paint waited for it to crackle and then rubbed some cotton candt stickles all over it.i then added some ribbon , pearls andsome babys breath flowers. t cute little Magnolia picture in the centre was coloured with promarkers....
