13 dys of Halloween... Bones

Hi again crafty peeps.... we still have some challenges going on over on the Simply Betty blog

This time the challenge is to to use skeletons and bones and the colour comination Cream black and white.

I have used Mr Gibbs Zombie Pirate

 

 this time I chose to make a wine bottle tag, underneath is a nice bottle of Beaujolais

 I have used copics and promarkers to colour

 Hope you like it...I have had a busy weekend away but have certainly missed things here, I have some new inspirations for projects... so lets see what happens

Make It Crafty DT inspiration...

Hi how are you... Just popped in to share  my design team card for
Make It Crafty  This one isn't for any of the challenges it's just for a little inspiration for those crafty peeps who are not into halloween...

I have merged threee different digi images ... The Eiffel Tower ,  Hot air Balloon ,   and Elizabeth J .

I made up the scene and printed it on to Hot Pressed Watercolour paper. and the then used  some Graphitint pencils and some Zig aqua markers..

 I've poted for a shabby chic/distressed look for this one , not done it for ages and it's always one of my favourite things to create..I added some stardust stickles to her stockings and some platinum stickles to the Tower...

 

 I hope you likey, I have a table full of projects to do...

I have used Marie back from the dead..

 I managed to find a blank Toe tag online, and printed the digi over the top of it..

I have used a mix of pergamano pencils and pastels to colour with..

Don't forget to checkout what the rest of the girls have made and why not have a go at the challenges too...

Make it crafty girls

Hi , just poping in to share one of the new digi's from Make It Crafty.....

I have used Melyssa there are four gorgeous girls in the set.. The make it crafty girls have done some amazing work with these digi's.. Don't forget this month's MIC challenge  is to concentrate on the eyes, have a go it's really fun...

For the coloured half I used my Pergamano pencils and the other half are some skech pencils...What do you think..? is it okay I'm a bit rusty with pencils I have just got so used using alcohol markers...Think I will definatley have another go with the pencils...

Hope your having a good day, I've  had a good workout this morning with added weights... :o) so think  I'll have  a browse on Pintrest with a nice coffee now..

13 days of Halloween.... days 3

Hey there...it's day three of the 13 days of halloween challenge over on the Simply Betty blog have you joined in any of the challenges yet,,?

Todays challenge is to make a home decor item..

I have used Abby portrait digi from the solo digi collection

 

 I used one of the brown cardboard book box's for this project, I covered it  with a thin uneven layer of decorators caulk ( the D I Y stuff you fill gaps with)..just to give it some texture and so it takes the paint easier...then added a couple of chipboard swirly things  and paint..! I use some Lumiere paint  and when dry dusted some perfect pearls over the top,  then just added a small handle to make more of a jewellery box style......

 

the image was colored with copics and then I used crackle glaze over the top to age it....not the best idea I had, it makes the ink bleed..!  :o(

 

 this image agai has been coloured with copics and added in to a memory glass frame  with a long chain added

 the reverse of the necklace...
